Murano Glass

A great deal of the glass featured at the Murano factory reminded me of the kitschy things you find at an old lady's garage sale. The jewelry was pretty, though, and it was interesting to see how quickly they could form vases and figures. The store keeper also took great pleasure in bashing the glass into tables to show how strong it was.
